How does access work for a gated community?
We need to be on your guest list or expected at the gate for the appointment window — arrange it the way you would for any other service visit. Tell us at booking if your HOA has its own rules about service vehicles or working hours, and we'll book around them.
The car barely gets driven. Does it still need detailing?
Yes, just a different kind. Dust bonds to paint whether the car moves or not, leather dries out faster without use, and a sealant protects a stationary car as much as a driven one. The work shifts from cleaning toward protection and conditioning.
Can you work inside my garage?
Usually, if there's room to open the doors and walk around the car, and the door can stay open for ventilation. A garage is often better than a driveway for this kind of car — no sun on the panels while we work, and no dust settling back on a finished surface.
Do you polish, or only wash and seal?
Both, but we'll tell you which one your paint needs. Polishing removes clear coat permanently, so on a low-mileage garage car it's usually unnecessary — decontamination and a sealant bring back most of what people think needs correcting.
