Can you detail my car in the Hacienda Business Park lot?
Yes, and it's a common booking. We need your space number and the OK from building management for a service vehicle. Nothing is drawn from the building — the van carries its own water and power, and no runoff is left in the lot.
Which package for a family car with kids and a dog?
The Interior Reset, unless the paint also needs work — then the Full Detail. Heavy shedding sometimes needs the pet hair add-on, and we'll tell you that before we start rather than after, so the price you're quoted is the price you pay.
Is downtown Main Street parking workable for you?
It can be, but a driveway or a lot is easier and safer for a long appointment. If the car has to stay on Main Street, check the posted time limits against the length of the service — an Interior Reset runs three and a half to four hours.
Do you charge more for Pleasanton because it's further out?
