I'm in an apartment near DVC with one assigned space. Can you still do it?
Yes. One standard space with room to walk around the car is enough. Tell us it's assigned parking when you book so we can allow for the tighter working room, and check whether your complex has rules about service vehicles.
Do you need to use my water or an outlet?
No. The van carries its own water and power. The only exception is the engine bay add-on, which may need an outdoor tap or outlet — and we'll confirm that with you at booking if you select it.
Can you come while I'm at work?
That's a normal booking for us. We need you at the start to hand over the keys and at the end to look the car over; the hours in between are ours. If the car sits in a work lot, we'll need the space number and the OK from building management.
How often should a commuter car here be done?
A Full Detail to reset the paint and interior, then a Mini Detail every four to six weeks holds it there. That interval is about the Contra Costa Boulevard grit as much as anything — it builds back faster than people expect.
