Questions we get in San Ramon
Can you detail my car in the Bishop Ranch lot while I work?
That's one of our most common San Ramon bookings. We need the space number and clearance from building management for a service vehicle — we'll help you sort that out if it hasn't been done before. Then you hand over the keys in the morning and collect a finished car.
Do you need to plug into anything at the office?
No. The van carries its own water and power, which is usually why building management says yes — nothing is drawn from the building and no runoff is left in the lot.
My car is nearly new. Is a full detail overkill?
Not if you plan to keep it. On new paint the value is in the clay bar and sealant, not the cleaning — you're locking in a finish that's already good. It's much cheaper than correcting swirl marks and etching two years from now.
Can you do Dougherty Valley in the evening?
Evening slots exist but they're limited by daylight — some of the work genuinely needs good light to do properly. Early morning is easier to get and gives us the full window; the booking calendar shows what's actually open.
